Anxiety girl

Hello everyone,
Just a quick hello and introduction from me. I am a 31 year old emetophobe (sickness phobia) and am currently suffering with quite high anxiety as well. This is usually worse during the evening (as with many people) and my main anxieties revolve around my 3 year old becoming ill.
I'm having a particularly bad evening tonight so I thought it was a good time to get online.
