Hello everyone, guess I could just give a little bit about myself...
I am 19 and study a dance degree at a University in London.
I have been diagnosed with anxiety (GAD), severe depression and low self esteem.... I am currently on medication.
Wow... its weird saying that in one big sentence!

hello there,
i know this is hard and it's actually been hard to join here, but i finally did it...
i am 19 years old and a student from luxembourg... i've suffered from severe panic attacks throughout my youth, now i do not suffer a lot any more from panic attacks, but I do suffer from various forms op deression and am under intreatment at the moment, ...
the most important thing is i would say, never losing faith and hope in the future! There must be a way out and the people in this forum can probably tell..
