Hi l'd like to say a big HELLO to you all. This site has been really informative to me and it's lovely to see so many caring people on NMP. I,ve made a couple of posts already, so felt it was time to introduce myself properly.
I've had an extremely stressfull year. Unfortunately the outcome, is that l'm now suffering with anxiety and having to take meds.
My heart goes out to all of you that are going through these difficult times.

Thankyou all vey much. I've never been in a chatroom before. I may be left behind by all you fast typers out there. My PC skills are rather poor so l tend to avoid anything to technical. Lol....You never know though. Joining this forum and posting is a new thing for me. Everyone seems so nice here, it gives you that confidence to just go for it!
