Hi,

Have you tried this one www.nopanic.org.uk (http://www.nopanic.org.uk).
Its £10 to join and they do group telephone recovery, its just the cost of the phone call and its not expensive.
I think its for about 14 weeks, it was the first time I had ever spoken to anyone who felt like me and who understood. It was a good starting point for me, as at the time I didn't feel brave enough to speak to someone face to face.
I hope this helps, they also have a help line if you need to speak to someone.
Good luck with your recovery.
Anna xx :)

Just like to add that 'No Panic' also do One-to-One mentoring at no extra charge. There is a short waiting list, but not more than 4 to 6 weeks. Their telephone Recovery Groups are excellent and their help-line is open 10am to 10pm every day. I have no vested interest, have just found them extremely helpful, it's £10 well spent.
