Crying again

Fed up feeling like this although my chest pains better my pulse is racing now feel really down just wanna feel myself again.

I think crying is a big part of this illness - it has been for me anyway. You get told to "just cry" and of course it does relax and it is therapeutic but actually wanting to cry just makes you feel so horrible doesn't it. It will get better. You take care.xx
