Hi everyone beano here, i'm a 28 year old man that has suffered with anxierty since i was 17. I fear going outside as i start to panic which gets so hard to deal with. So most of the time i don't go out. Though when i stay in i'm not totally safe as i also suffer with health anxierty, the slightist pain in my head and i'm convinced that i'm dying of a brain tumor.
I have some hope JUST as i'm having CBTat the moment and i'm finding that it helps. I find though that when i do feel well i find it hard to let go and enjoy myself as i'm always waiting for the next wave of anxierty. Glad to know that there is this site as i don't feel alone now so, THANX!!!!!!!
