Reiki - 1st Degree

Hi all,

As some of you may be aware, I went on a 2 day Reiki course over the weekend. Well this evening I came home with a certificate, saying that i have passed my 1st Degree in Reiki and I can now practice.

I cant believe it, I am in shock. This weekend has completely changed me and I have come home with a completely different attitude.

Thank you all very much for helping me.

I know it is very hard to find a Reiki practitioner in some areas, I am in Gloucestershire, but can cover wider areas, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Oxford (maybe).

I have got in touch with the Reiki Association to see if I can register with them, but I think I have to have the 2nd Degree to do this. I am taking that one in September.

By some bizzare coincidence, I did my 1 this weekend too - and I'm looking to do my 2 in September.

I'm glad you enjoyed it, it was the most relaxed I've been in years, in fact at several points, it was that calm I nearly dropped off. And I know when Helen practiced on me, I not only went off deeply, but also managed to snore a lot - oh the shame.
