Rescue remedy is so good!! It's a mix of essential oils that you can mix with water or just spray on your tongue and they really calm you down. I assume that you can get it in the US as well. Ask at your phramacy..:D

In the UK most chemists and health food shops carry it .

Its not hard to find online either
