Hiya, I have just started university which was very difficult since I suffer from anxiety and aspergers syndrome. I was doing ok until a friend of mine that I made there pretty much the only one there I can call a close friend has had a few problems and I am so afraid she might leave as I feel I will not have anyone.
I know this is not true as it doenst look like she is going to leave and I do speak to others but this is making me so anxious/upset/depressed that I cannot concentrate on my work and it is making me think that I will go through a terrible depression that I went through three years ago I just do not know how to stop myself from worrying. :scared15:
