im quite new and often fighting my irrational self...due to symptoms that often perplex and annoy me....tend to have panic attacks, health worries and obsessions...have posted a couple of threads with no replies...yet....your advice will help...ye can take tablets, see doctors, and so on...but only you and those who have been thru this can truly help
