Hi. I don't really suffer from panic attacks, but I do suffer from ( health )anxiety, are they the same or are they different and do you still suffer from the similiar symptoms? I know that this is a daft question. Can anyone answer and does this make sense?

A panic attack is totally different to health anxiety...you still get all the physical symptoms but you get them all at once with a panic attack its real panic and they come and go whereas health anxiety you only get 1 symptom to focus on and worry about.people who have health anxiety do still suffer from panic attacks...your a lucky one lol .... hope that answerd your question
