Hi I mentioned in onther post that i am going to see a psychiatrist to help me with my anxiety. However i am on a waiting list and when i was last at the doctors, he said that he would give me valluem but i wasnt so sure! he admitted to me that he doesnt really understand anxiety and pointed out that there was some good self help books out there. I asked if there was any thing herbal i could take he said that he did not know of any but he would look into other medication that might be more suited to me! basically i would like to know if any one recomends any!! he also mention a few other tablets like prozac which i have been on and dont think it helps with anxiety (he agreed)
