A place where I can trust and rely
On the help I receive,
As I know that my pals are the to help
And share my problems away,
Helping me to face another day,
They help me in ways/words
That I cannot express,
My great fullness that I have found

MOTHER
God made many lovely things, sunsets,
flowers and trees, birds
starlight and loyal friends,
And after he made all these he gave
another gift more rare more loving
and more true a wonderful person
more fair a mother as dear as you!
FEELINGS
Sorry mam I wasn’t there to say good-bye,
But then again mam you know me,
I couldn’t watch you die,
I always have my memories locked deep,
within my heart so we’ll never be apart!
SPECIAL
Silent thoughts bring silent tears for those,
we miss and love so dear
There are no words that can express,
our heartache tears and emptiness
Nothing is more beautiful than thoughts,
I have of you,
You were someone special and god will think so too!
DARK ROAD
If I had walked beside you,
on that dark road you chose to roam,
would you have reached for my hand?
to help you on the path back home?

My mother my friend a tenth year has come to an end,
Although you are missed more than words can say
I feel you near me each and everyday,
All my love I send to you,
because you’re my mother
and very best friend too!
HURT
Each day is hard for me,
For all the hurt I’ve had,
Even though they say time will heal my wounds,
I still cannot find a way in which I can,
Express my feelings of anger and pain,
So please not me again!
WHY?
I don’t know why I harm myself,
I don’t know why I exist,
But what I do know is friendship means the world to me,
And without it I don’t know where I would be,
I sit here thinking of all the sad and happy times I’ve had,
But the question is still why!

will bring poems it just all seems unreal at the moment as just tring to get use to the fact that there are others like me and im not alone but its still scary though

Have you ever lost a mam?
Who meant the world to you?
One you loved so very much and miss her like I do,
No-one knows the heartache that I have cried,
they say there is a reason
they say time will heal,
but neither time nor reason will change the way I feel!
BROKEN
How do angels know when you need them?
Do they stay and watch your every move or are they on call,
Did I forget to call you angel?
I didn’t know I was in danger,
That I was becoming a stranger to myself,
Now you are gone, I hold your broken wing
And wish you could be whole again
A child’s wish,
If I don’t have my angel,
Who will save me?
LIFE!
You may have anger and pain locked deep down inside,
But you have to try and release it,
Use your strength to control it through ways in which are safer,
Which will help you over come the low and sad times in your life!

Sorry i havent texted you recently but have swapped phones with Sam and have had some problems with it.

New faces with diffrent stories to tell
Many similar experiances and emotions
Positive vibes are alive today in many diffrent ways as we have new,
Memories that we all can share and hold on to for the rest of our lives
meet up
today is filled with mixed emotions
as we all meet new people for the first time,
we all have our own experiances
to share and are all aware
that warmth and friendship is in the air
so lets all be here together with people who
care
as we are alll stronger than we know
stand and fight
heart racing, tears running down my face
i feel a disgrace
scared of hurting those who care and are always there
fed up of having to be punished for the things that i have no control over
so now i have to stand and fight not hide away from life!
EMOTIONS
emotions are funny things,
they never disapear
they are always near
even if you try to hide
from them,they always find
and express themselves
either through good or bad ways
but you have to try and control them the best you can!
worry
its here day and night
it never leaves my side,
there is no place i can hide,
but i can pray that one day i will be
free to roam te streets or my home,
free from worry,
worry that is always constant as it
will appear at inapropirate times!
EQUAL
people do not understand as they are afraid
they chose to walk in the other direction
instead of taking time to listen and learn
we are all the same but only with problems
and only when , we all walk in the same direction
will we start to be equal

Feeling confused and alone,
Not knowing which way to turn,
Wanting someone to make the evil,
What if there isn’t a way to be free,
Crying tears deep down,
Never been able to smile,
Only pretending to be happy,
But its slowly taking me down,
Deep underground,
Thoughts rage in my mind,
Never letting me rest,
Freedom will have to happen,
But the question is when ,
For I know the answer to that,
I shall never say until that final day!
BREAKFREE
All I want to do is break free,
To live a life of freedom,
Never having to wonder when you,
Will haunt me again,
But I know unless I die,
There really isn’t any other way,
For you haunt my mind,
Night and day,
I hope and pray,
You will just go away,
Constantly looking over,
My shoulder,
Frightened and scared,
Please leave me alone,
Unless you will grant me freedom!
People sometimes need a friend,
To call upon,
They need a shoulder to cry upon,
Or just a listening ear,
Reach out to others,
Even more in their time of need,
Before your eyes they could be,
Hurting and suffering,
They may not seek help,
Because they are ashamed,
Or afraid of what is to happen,
Just giving them that small nudge,
Might just help to save their life,
So take a look deep,
In your heart and find that extra time
Reach out and give you hugs for free!
ANGER
Anger builds within my heart,
Trying to find a way out,
Scared of exploding,
And harming others,
There’s no stopping,
when I see red,
Once I lose control,
I don’t know which way to go,
I hate to lose control!

Ghost
I’m just a ghost ,
A shadow of your imagination,

Yet everyone would say I’m been unfair,

Sometimes late at night,
I sit and think,

But only sadness comes along,

TRAPPED
Trapped and lost in a world,
Of evil and pain,
A prisoner within my mind,
My world,
Crying out to be loved and wanted,
But how can anyone ever want,
The devils child,
Fighting to break free,
Tears of anger ,
Roll down my face,
Been in this world scares,
The life out of me,
They say in time I will break free,
And find the real me,
but when will that ever be,
For I have to be a prisoner,
Of this world for so long!

My world is falling down around me,
How to stop my life going,
Out of control,

Clinging to the edge,
With all my might,
Day falls in to night,

germs
Germs fill this room,
I wish it could be clean,
For what I will pick up,
Might be the end of me,
Who knows what is flowing around,
Could this be the end of the world,
For it only take a cough or a sneeze,
To bring the world crashing down!
Cold breeze drifts through the window,
Sunny beams of light,
Steam through the door,
Watching the trees as the gently,
Sway from side to side,
Birds glide high up in the sky,
But as the sunsets,
And the day turning in to night,
Will tomorrow bring the smile,
Upon my face,
If only each day is the same!
longing to be free
Screaming out,
wanting someone to listen,
But why would anyone want ,
To take the time to understand,
Listen to a word I have to say,
How loud do you need,
me to shout and scream,
“I’m longing to be free”,
Hoping one day someone,
will want to help me,
The impossible task of trying,
to correct the devil child,
I’m losing the will to keep fighting,
Crying tears of anger and sadness,
Please will someone help me!

Tears fill my eyes,
the pain soars through my world,
When will I get a break,
Or will you win and break me down,
I cant keep on fighting,
Praying and hoping that one day,
I will have a life,
On that’s not full of fear and hurt,
How much longer do I have to wait!
filled with anger
Aching heart filled with anger,
Confusion takes over my mind,
I love you but hate you,
For what you put me through ,
Thousands of questions,
I need to ask, yet I cant,
For you cannot answer me,
How do I go on with my life,
Not knowing if you knew about him,
Or the evil things he did to me?
world of hell
Caught up in a world of hell,
Rage fills my mind,
Voices slowly take over my life,
How can I escape?
Raising my hand to the blade,
I pray for everything to go away,
Yet it stays,
Crying all alone,
No one to hear my cries for help,
So I know i’m not that worthy,
Why do I even exist?
Would be a better place if I just went,
To a place of peace and safety,
To be where I want to be,
With my mam, to be free!
What’s the point in getting well,
For bad things to happen to me,
Life will be better for everyone,
When I’m gone,
You all know its what,
you wanted anyway,
Why I was brought in to this world,
Only to be in pain,
Each and everyday,
Wish there was another way,
But there just isn’t,
So as I say goodbye,
To this life,
I look forward to the next one!
silence surrounds me
Silence surrounds pain and sadness,
Tears stroll down your face,
But your still feeling blue,
How can I show you,
That you are cared about,
You might not always,
Believe in what I say,
But one of these days,
When you ain’t so great,
And you think things have got to much,
Don’t sit in silence,
Reach out for help,
There is always someone to talk too!
Sun appears through the clouds,
Its trying to decide,
Should it come out to play,
Or stay hidden away,
Will this be the day,
When the rain stays away,
So we can enjoy the warmth of the sun,
Please hurry and decide,
Which way you are going,
To sway, try and make
My day!
tormented soul
Two steps from the edge,
Not long before I am dead,
This rage that fills my head,
Will no longer be able,
To torment me,
Any longer,
For if I don’t breathe,
Then I do not exist,
With this blade I call upon my leader,
The devil,
I’m off to a better place,
Somewhere I can never hurt,
For I will be free,
I know no one believes me,
But just you all wait and see!
Not seeing a point in getting well,
For bad to happen,
but you would rather me dead,
Its what you have wanted for a long time,
I was born an unwanted child,
And always will be,
The evil child that’s an outcast,
So to turn to the other side,
It just another moment in time,
Constant digs at me ,
are bringing me down,
Dragging me down underground,
Why cant you just leave me alone,
Find someone else to bring down,
and take your evil ways out on!
Urges
Urges pulse through my veins,
The voices rage in my mind,
I know its nearly time,
How can I get past these urges,
When I know you have full control,
You already stole my past,
And most of my present,
Does that mean my future is yours too?
fear of the unknown
Tears and rage,
Go hand in hand,
They both bring you,
Down to the ground,
Tears of red blood,
Fill your eyes,
Just as the red mist,
Descends as your anger builds,
Losing control over your emotions,
Its scary and full of fear,
Fear of the unknown,
Not been able to say out loud,
How I really feel deep down inside,
For if I do then you would,
Run a mile,
Guess its just a moment in time!
black and blue
Devil will always win,
Strong and powerful,
Can take your life with just a word,
There is no point in trying,
To over power him,
For he will strike you down,
Twice as bad,
He knows when you are low, and blue,
that’s when he can beat you,
Black and blue,
Why don’t you just give in,
And join the other side!
