exercise on propranolol might sound stupid but iv got it in my head its not safe to do so since your heart rates low, does it not need to go fast during exercise to get oxegen to the muscles? thanks in advance

No need to worry there, i have been on these meds 10 years.
over the years i have excersised, even trampolines etc and i felt no different.
I really shouldn't worry:)

I take my dogs on long walks and I always feel fine so I should think exercising should be ok.Your doctor would have told you if there was going to be a problem.
