Hi,
My name is Dan and i've just recently joined this website. i must say it offers a lot of very useful and helpful information.
My own story is that after having one "serious" panic attack last week, I'm pretty much experiencing the sympoms constantly through the day and always seem on just on the edge of having another one.
As you can imagine, it's not been very pleasent. I have all the classic signs of panic attacks and have a good idea why they are happining to me. I am getting help from my doctor and i'm taking steps to get through this. It sometimes feels that i'm alone, witch i'm not of course but it's good to know that all you others are out there to.
