Tmj.....grrrrr

OK peeps some help. I have TMJ bad....
I clench my teeth horrendously & thus it has caused this TMJ.
Popping & clicking jaw...eye pain & temple ache..sore sensitive spots on head..neck ache & giddiness. The list is endless.

Do any of you have it? And if so what has helped & how do i tackle it??xxx

wearing a mouthguard at night helps loads

i got mine made at the dentist

also drinking loads water to try and keep the muscles relaxed and the mouth lubricated

i chew my tongue too

I have been told I have TMJ too. I have terrible pain in my left side of my face and relly sore tender points at the top of my jaw and temple - also my cheek on my left side feels pressured. I have tinnitus on that side too. Has anyone had any visual blurring and dizziness with it too? It is really freaking me out!!

I have just started using a mouth guard at night.
