I live in Worcester Park. Struggled on and off with both anxiety & Depression for the last 15 years. Currently on citalopram 30mg, but previously tried many other SSRIs. Been doing ok for the last couple of years after I weened of Seroxat. This was not pleasant
I work in a highly stressed job in computing, something I have done all my life. This year has been particularly stressful with a majotr project. I feel I have just dropped of the edge !. Struggling badly with anxiety. I aways have proprananol handy in times like these, but so far nothing seem to kick in.
I have previously attended a self-help group which at least was useful that I was not alone
