Out of nowhere, it happened

Hi, I'm new to all of this...44...kids in college, great job, new promotion, all of a sudden, driving down the road on a regular beautiful day, it hit....a panic attack. Two weeks of more anxiety, went to the doctor, on blood pressure meds, and Xanax. First day in a week I felt human again. Hoping when I get up in the middle of the night, etc., this site will make me feel like I'm not alone- Thanks

I'm 40 and have been going through this "hell" since January.

I'm convinced it's peri menopausal, could be the same for you.

I used to be a party girl, I had lots of friends , travelled and now I suffer from social anxiety....life is funny.
