Hi,just an update really not been on here for a while.....all due to my citalopram which works wonders for my panic attacks!!!! Been on them 3 months now and wow what a change in my self....I feel like the old me again,took a while but feel great. Citalopram dont work for everyone but they sure have with me! Had my ups and downs and really bad side affects but carried on with them...and well as said above i feel brill!!!!! :-) So just thought i would share that with everyone in the same situation. Stick at it and time will tell!!! :-)
