I think there should be a seperate post section for this. as its one of the most distressing of symptoms and hard to understand it wud be good to have a seperate area for sufferers posts. As they normally get lost in the general anxiety or symptoms post pages. Also a lot of sufferers of anxiety do not know what these are so this would avoid the confusion for them. just an idea.
