Hi All

does anyone get this when you wake up in the morning you feel like your not breathing and you feel weird like your on another plnet and feel lightheaded?

Then as the day goes on you feel like your not alive and still feel like your not breathing at all and feel faint all the time like your going to collapse any second and also been getting alot of chest pains recently!

As soon as i wake up in the morning it feels like i am choking even though i cant be as i havent eaten anything this continues all day and so does the breathing thing!

I just feel like im drunk all day everyday i dont wobble everywhere but my head feels very lightheaded all the time and it never seems to go away!

Hi Andrew,

What you are describing sounds like depersonalisation which is a very commom symptom with anxiety. There is nothing serioulsy wrong with you at all... its just another part of anxiety and tension.

Try and relax and read up on the home page of this forum as I think there is some useful information about it.

Perfectly normal anxiety symptoms. I hope you feel better soon.

Not having eaten is probably contributing to feeling rough ..It is vital to eat extremely regularly when you're acutely anxious

You are not alone in any of these feelings and sensations
