Hi, I'm Sue and have been suffering panic attacks nearly every day since July when a had a mild heart attack at the age of 44. I've been having symptons such as pins and needles in my hands,numbness in my arm and severe chest pains. It's nice to know i'm not the only one and that there are lots of us out there that suffer from anxiety.
