Because i'm run down?

Hi all
All day today i've been feeling urrgghh bad head, blocked nose, pain in ears, sore throat.....ok its a cold coming but whats getting to me is that its the 3rd cold i've had since May.
Is there something wrong with me to be getting so many colds or is it because i'm just run down and my immune system is low?
Has anyone else suffered with colds like this?
Sorry but the health anxiety playing up right now.

Only the third cold since may? My friend must have had at least 5 as she is always blowing her nose.:D

Could well be due to being run down. Or even the weather, we havent had much decent weather in good old England this year. Keep your chin up.
