Indigestion ?

Hi All

Does any one ever get indigestion, but it feels like its in between your shoulder blades at the back? I have this and when I swollow it feels as if food is getting stuck!

I also have a lot of burping going on!

Anyone know whats good for this

Damn Anx. If its not one symptom its another, Im fed up with it

Yes this is exactly what I had a few weeks ago and it freaked me out. I had pain in my back and a feeling that something was stuck in my throat all the time and I convinced myself it was something horrible. I went to the doctor in a right state and he took my blood pressure which was fine and he said it was acid reflux because I was getting a lot of heartburn. He prescribed omeprazole capsules and they were great and really did the trick and the horrible feeling in my throat disappeared although it did take a few days from what I remember and also the back pains took a bit longer to disappear. I had blood tests too and tested positive for helibacter which is a bacteria in the stomach that half the population has but it doesn't cause any problems with a lot of people. He gave me a strong cocktail of antibiotics to get rid of the bacteria.
