blackspots on my lip

hi i been suffering from axiety n panic attacks for thew months now im very parnoid with my health now today i found blackspots on my top lip does anyone have anyclue wt they could b?

BLACKHEADS! like the ones you get on your nose! thats my best guess x

Oh, yes could be...can you get blackheads on your lips? Chris do you mean the top of your lip in the moustache area so to speak, or actually on your lips?
