please help herbal supllement advice

is it safe to take, 3x20mg co q10 a day, 1x garlic 1000mg a day, 3x 3 + 6 +9 capsules. containing the equivalent of 1000mg of each 3 6 and 9 oils a day.

any help would be amazinly appreciated as i am starting worry a bit.
