hi every1 im laura iv been visiting this site 4 two weeks and it has helped me so much already this is the third time i have sufferd with severe anxity based depression my main problem is fear ov losing my mind an doing somthink awfull or embarassing i no i never would but wen the fear takes over its hard to control iv been on cipralex coming up 2 4 weeks now and am starting 2 feel better but wen i was realy bad suicidal even it was lookin at this site an readin about every 1 else that calmed me down an helped me realise i wernt on my own not fully recoverd but feel like im gona get ther now
