Hi There,
I feel like I have nearly come to the end of the road in my recovery from PTSD. I`m currently being weaned off my Prozac and I`m now only on four pills of 20mg a week! Does anyone have any tips to share on keeping positive when you truly are feeling more or less back to normal? I worry that I will feel the anxiety again which is mostly health related. What can I do to keep sane?
