High Blood Pressure

Since I have been diagnosed with Anxiety I have high blood pressure.. Its not

that bad but its arond 142/85! I been on diuretics and toprol but got light

headed off them both. I am really worried about the high blood pressure

since it can cause strokes. I just don't know what to do anymore if it ain't one

thing it seems like its another.

I have high blood pressure and am on medication for it. If your doctor thinks it is high for a long time then they will prescribe medication but there may never be a need for this.

142/85 whilst anxious is just fine and too low to singlehandedly provoke any problems...

It will be well within normal parameters when you're relaxed.
