Yes lovely topic right :shades:

I have recently had, like all of you experience, a change of symptoms. Now I believe I am getting too much gas on the chest, whereby I know I need to burp.

The problem here is that, believe it or not, I never burp. I can't even make myself burp.

Anyone any tips on forcing oneself to burp out that awful heavy gas?

Hi Mystic

Have you been over anxious recently? When we are anxious we tend to over breath and take in too much air which could cause the wind.

Slightly cooled boiled water is excellent for breaking up wind in the upper abdomen. Take it as hot as you can without burning yourself.

oh and yes another of my "new" symptoms is that I feel a strong anxiety in my chest quite constantly now, it's like I'm over anxious. However the frustrating thing, I'm not consious of what I'm anxious about, this is frustrating.

Andrews Liver Salts are good for that.

And you can do a walrus impression, or is that just me ?
