Awful Night Wat happened

I had a good day yesterday but last night I found I was jumping myself awake and jerking, one particular time I heard like a loud bang go off in my head, when I woke up I felt such a feeling of doom and dread. I cant remember dreaming about anything it was such a strange feeling it was like my head just crashing. Wat the hell was it I have no idea, have feelings of bad unreality today. I have also had a flu jab and feelin a little unwell. I am also on citalopram, could it be any of them or is it all anxiety.

Sorry you have had a bad night, it could just all be anxiety, apparently the loud bang noise comes just as deep sleep is a moment away, i have heard this bang also, but it doesnt frighten me now i know what it is, i sort of welcome. Easier said than done i know.

I think your anxiety might be hightend if you have just started citalopram. X
