had a really bad attack on saturday

Hey i had a really bad panic attack on saturday, and i as really worried and scared i couldnt breath and my frined wanted to take me to the hospital i got that bad, but he just hugged me and spoke to me and helped me regain my breath, it was the longest one iv had a while it laste dmaybe 45mins i was terrified i think thats what mad eit so bad.

You poor thing... panic attacks like that are awful to go through, but you survived and did really, really well - so well done you!

Lovely of your friend to help you through it, and as Veronica said above, do you think you've learnt anything from it? Any coping strategies etc?

yeah iv learned to try and take deep breaths and just relax myself and not panic.
and make sure someone is there to help me
