i can anyone tell me if they get this if i fall aspleep in the afternoon when i wake i feel freezing goes away after 10 mins

I ALWAYS wake up freezing, even if i fall asllep in greece if we're lucky enough to get away it can be 40 degrees and i'll still wake up shivering.
