hello-im new

[mummy4]

hello everyone.
ill start by telling you all a little about myself............
im 25 and have 3 children and 1 on the way and have a lovely husband.
i have suffered mainly anxiety (more so than depression) for 7 years now.
ive had good days and very bad days.
ive stopped and started anit depressants but am better on them.
ive been on them now constant for the past 3 years only small dose though 5mg.
the past few weeks for some reason ive been really down :weep:

hope to meet some nice people on here for a chat and also help :D
