what does every one do to relax?

since ive suffered with anxiety, I can honestly say i cant relax. I was wondering what people do to relax? :)

I do water colour painting, mess around in my garden, read, watch detective programmes and write comedy.

Oh and I go on the internet.

I find I can relax easier after the gym. I find cooking relaxing too.

Going for lovely long walks with my dogs. I also enjoy having people over for meals. This is a strange one - i actually find hoovering, sweeping and mopping floors quite therapeutic!!

I really need to find a way to relax. I think I just have to try different things and see which one helps :)

I blog/ forum post about fashion. Its my passion. I read Vogue and draw designs for dresses (it's a shame I can't sew). When I'm with my boyfriend, we play video games a lot and that gives me a chance to relax and laugh.

There's nothing like walking the dog or cycling to make me feel relaxed. Exercising/distracting the mind through crosswords and puzzles I also find relaxing along with reading.
