anyone else suffer anxiety probs and pregnant?

hi
i have 3 kids and am 31 weeks pregnant.
i suffer with anxiety and at times panic.
the closer the birth is getting the worse i feel :weep:
anyone else in same situation?

I am 26 weeks and am pregnant with my third, i also have a two year old and a 4 year old and yes i am a wreck at the moment!

im not so much worried about the birth just about blood pressure etc (see my other posts for details lol) cant wait for baby to come now

i suffered from terrible aniety in both my pregnancies - worried about pre ecalmpsia, worried about my health babies health etc to a put where i wasnt functioning in my 1st pregnancy so i stayeed on meds throughout mt 2nd pregnancy and was not as bad - it will get better once u have delivered

thanks for your replys and its good to hear im not alone!

sophie are you on any meds? i take 5mg cipralex every evening but is to low a dose i think.

just cant wait for the pregnancy to be over now as i too worry about blood pressure etc and its doing my head in :mad:
