:ohmy: Does any one whos a smoker suffer from cathhar. I seem to be coughing up a lot of phlegm ?

Im a smoker to and cough up phlegm seems to get worse in the winter must be down to all the nasty cold around i went to the docs the other week i thought i must have had a chest infection but i diddnt he said its just your lungs working proplerly getting all the nast stuff that we put in out body out!!

I am afraid that is what happens sometimes when you smoke.:)

I smoke about 20 a day but only cough up phlegm in the mornings.

I gave up smoking 4 years ago as it was going to kill me with emphysenia. Coughing up gunk was always worse for me in the morning.

Since I have up I do not cough phelm up any more and it has been the best thing I have done for my health.
