Help with coping on holiday

Hi I am about to go on hiliday for the 1st time in 2 years and i am worried that i am not going to be able to cope with my symptoms! has any one got any good tips?

Although I don't suffer from HA I haven't been anywhere for a few years. My sister wanted me to go and stay with her in Scotland, my two children were keen for me to go as well. I decided to go but I will tell you now when I was leaving the house to catch the train I so wanted to turn 'round and take my coat off and not go.

I knew that a lot of people would be sad and I would be letting them down and not only that I would have given in.

I am glad I went, the train journey was wonderful it took about 9hrs but I went first class and it was fantastic.

I am glad I went I think I was in a rut.

Saying that if my daughter wasn't happy with me going I couldn't have gone (she suffers from OCD agoraphobia, social paranoia etc)
