Hi
im a newbie to this site so thought id introduce myself
Im Karen, 39 from kent
I am single and have 2 children aged 13 and 9, the youngest also has aspergers
I have suffered from depresson, anxiety,self harm and eating disorders for 23 yrs
I recently have had a major relapse which resulted in suicide attempts and a inpatient stay in hospital
fortunatley I am finally receiving help from the mental health team and although I cant yet see beyond each day I am trying to be hopeful
