tension headache

Hi there,
I have been suffering from a tension headache for the past week:weep:, i went to see my doctor a few days ago and he said it was tension headache linked to my OCD and panic attacks.
Does anyone know how to relive it.

I have sufferred with these for years i have found putting ice or frozen stuff( yorkshire puddings worse best:) )i also found neck massage or a good osteopath really helped me. Mt doc gave me muscle relaxants, not just for the heads but did help loads. Good luck, feel free to PM me anytime. It was these that started my anxiety x
