Hi all,

Right I have put in some posts lately about my health anxiety and thoughts. I have 2 or 3 ailments at the moment that are bothering me ( lump on my neck (LYMPHOMA) , arms and wrists aching when I move them, (thoughts of MND) etc etc, the list goes on really. Thing is I need some advice on how to stop flitting from one illness to another, and how to sort these thoughts once and for all. I know that there is nothing serious wrong with me, but I cannot get rid of the thoughts that there is. Its really starting to annoy me, but at the same time I am on the verge of a panic attack all the time.

Has anyone any tips on how to ride the thoughts out, and get into my head that there is NOTHING serious wrong with me.

ARGH!!! if im annoying myself, then i must be getting on eveyones nerves lol
