so i started on xenical on fri and apart from the odd orange poo (sorry) ive not really had any side effects but im panicing that although ive been tols it doesnt affect your brain im terrified that its making me feel funny and a bit hyper and im not sure if its anxiety or side effects - what if its making the cipralex not be absorbed?

Xenical just stops your body from absorbing fat from food which is why your poo is orange because that is all the fat leaving your body. I don't think it would have any effect on your brain and I don't think it will stop your body absorbing cipralex. If your concerned about anything to do with your tablets contact your doctor or pharmacist but I don't think he would have prescribed them if they were going to stop your other mediction working.
