Dizzy flush and wind??

Does anyone else have a situation whereby they have what I can only describe as a dizzy whoosh to their head, followed by a botty burp??

Hi Anna, yes I have a lot of dizzy spells followed by either wind or having to go to the loo, also if I have missed going to the loo (no. 2) I get flash dizzy spells until I do go.
