I'm a newbie who has suffered from anxiety disorder and panic attacks for 13 years. I've never written that down before and it makes me feel very emotional doing so. I just wanted to say this site is brilliant. So many people who go through what I do and it helps with my attacks just to come on here. Thank you to veryone for sharing.
