Bruised feeling in ribs and tummy pain

Hi everyone
I have these weird bruised feelings on my ribs. When I touch the area (cos it is sore) it feels bruised. It appears in a few places.
I have been a little upset this past week, due to a couple of things and this is the symptomatic response I think!
Also I have a couple of places in my tummy that ache, it comes and goes, is only a discomfort rather than a pain, but it makes my focus turn to this rather than staying positive and getting better.
Anyone else suffer a similar thing?

Yes I have this feeling too. My ribs don't exactly feel sore but when I sit in a chair and slouch forward a bit I get an uncomfy feeling that there's a bulge there or something and it's really worrying me. Poking and prodding doesn't exactly help though which is what I keep doing.:blush:
