My head is so messed up. i started citalopram 3 weeks ago but got told to stop it 3 days ago due to bad side effects severe trembling,scared at everything,weird thoughts. im now scared i have serotonin syndrom or the drug has given me another mental illness is this possible??!! I was also on seroxat liquid for nearly 3 years and withdrew from this at begining of year and came off it with no effects at all. now im scared thinking because i was on seroxat for so long it has changed my mental health and left me with a serious mental condition. reassurance needed.
