pains in chest

i usually suffer with breathlessness and missed beats etc, but today i been getting sharp pains in my chest on and off , convinced im about to have a heart attack i only had a ecg last week at a@e and as far as i know it was ok ,would it of detected if my heart was dodgy enough then to have a heart attack im so scare yet again but this is a new symptom for me

Hi Amanda I have a heart condition that I was born with & have had countless ECG's. If they was something up with your ticker then the ECG would have picked it up. If the doc said you are ok after tests then you are ok honey. PM me if you want to talk. xxx
