hi what is cbt ? i have gad is it for this? can anyone tell me what it is?

it is cognitive behavioural therapy.. many counsellors/psychologists use this to treat anxiety related disorders.. its a way to teach you and retrain your thinking from negative/anxious thoughts to positive ones. It has proved extremely successful and I would definatley recommend it!
