feeling very strange

oh i am panicking i feel so odd not dizzy but weird kind of feeling my he ad has alot of pressure like it may explode i know it wont i am feeling scared have drank quite alot of coffee and had a bit of chocolate can this make you feel more anxious i dont feel right and am petrified i will drop down dead why please help me, i dont feel in my body well i do but feel a bit foggy andmy head feels like it keeps shuddering if that makes sense

You are not going to drop down dead, I expect it is all that caffeine in your system that is making you feel this way.

You'll be fine it is just a little glitch in your system. Lay off the coffee this evening and just drink water. I love chocolate so we will excuse that.:yesyes:
