Cant cope with the depersonalisation how is it possible to live

Someone please help i cant cope with these frightening symptoms and im so distressed i dont know what to do.please help feel like i cant go on feeling like this. i feel overwhelmed by the thought of life and so scared of everything. i will never feel the same.

I know its a awful feeling I was the same and it feels like you're never gonna be 'you' again , Im still working on it.. but the more you relax and read up on it all the easier it is to deal with . Have you listened to any of Claire Weekes downloads from the NMP shop, she really helped me to understand about the depersonalisation feelings , I think its one of the most frightening symptoms but it will get better and I hope you feel better soon xxx
